Welcome to JFOCloud — How to Get Started Print

Welcome to JFOCloud! We are excited to have you on board.

This article will walk you through everything you need to do after signing up so you can get your website online as quickly as possible.

STEP 1 — LOG IN TO YOUR CLIENT PORTAL
Visit https://hosting.jfohubs.com/clientarea.php
Use the email address and password you registered with.
If you forgot your password, click "Forgot Password" on the login page.

STEP 2 — CHECK YOUR WELCOME EMAIL
After signing up, you should have received a welcome email containing:
- Your cPanel username and password
- Your cPanel login URL
- Your nameserver details
- Your hosting plan details

If you did not receive this email, check your spam folder. If it isn't there, please open a support ticket right away, and we will resend it.

STEP 3 — LOG IN TO YOUR CPANEL
Your cPanel is your hosting control panel where you manage your website files, emails, databases and more.

To access cPanel:
- Visit: https://yourdomain.com/cpanel
OR
- Visit: https://[your server IP]:2083
- Enter your cPanel username and password from your welcome email

STEP 4 — INSTALL YOUR WEBSITE
From cPanel, you can:
- Install WordPress with 1 click using Softaculous
- Upload website files using File Manager
- Create email accounts
- Create databases for your website

STEP 5 — POINT YOUR DOMAIN TO JFOCLOUD
If your domain is registered elsewhere, you need to update your nameservers to point to JFOCloud.

Set your nameservers to:
ns1:jfohubs.com
ns2:jfohubs.com

Nameserver changes can take up to 24–48 hours to fully propagate worldwide.
