This article explains how billing works at JFOCloud, so you always know when to expect invoices and how renewals work.
BILLING CYCLES:
When you sign up for a hosting plan, you choose a billing cycle:
- Monthly — billed every 30 days
- Quarterly — billed every 3 months (small saving)
- Semi-Annually — billed every 6 months
- Annually — billed every 12 months (best value)
Annual plans offer the best value, as you save significantly compared to paying monthly.
HOW RENEWAL WORKS:
1. JFOCloud generates your renewal invoice automatically 14 days before your due date
2. You receive an email notification
3. Log in to your portal and pay the invoice
4. Your service automatically renews for another billing period
WHAT HAPPENS IF I DON'T PAY ON TIME?
Day 0 — Invoice generated (14 days before due)
Day 7 — First reminder sent
Day 14 — Due date — second reminder sent
Day 17 — Final reminder sent
Day 21 — Service suspended (website goes offline)
Day 51 — Service terminated (account deleted)
IMPORTANT:
Once a service is terminated, all website files, emails and databases are permanently deleted and cannot be recovered.
To avoid this, always pay before your due date or contact us if you need an extension.
CAN I UPGRADE MY PLAN?
Yes. You can upgrade from Starter to Business or Business to Pro at any time. Contact our support team, and we will handle the upgrade and adjust your billing accordingly.
