If your website is not loading, follow these steps before opening a support ticket. Most issues can be resolved quickly.
STEP 1 — CHECK IF IT IS JUST YOU
Visit https://downforeveryoneorjustme.com and enter your domain name.
If it says "It's just you" the issue is with your internet connection or browser. If it says "It's not just you" the site is genuinely down.
STEP 2 — CLEAR YOUR BROWSER CACHE
Sometimes your browser stores an old broken version of your site.
- Press Ctrl + Shift + Delete (Windows) OR Cmd + Shift + Delete (Mac)
- Select "Cached images and files"
- Click Clear
- Try visiting your website again
STEP 3 — TRY A DIFFERENT BROWSER OR DEVICE
Open your website in a different browser (Chrome, Firefox, Edge) or on your phone.
If it loads on another device, the issue is with your specific browser.
STEP 4 — CHECK YOUR DOMAIN
Visit https://dnschecker.org and enter your domain name. If DNS is not resolving, your domain may have expired, or nameservers may have changed.
STEP 5 — CHECK YOUR CPANEL
Log in to cPanel and check if your account is active and your files are still there.
STEP 6 — CHECK OUR NETWORK STATUS
Visit your client portal and click "Network Status" to see if there is a known server issue on our end.
STILL DOWN?
If none of the above resolved the issue, open a support ticket with:
- Your domain name
- When the issue started
- What you see when you visit the site
- Screenshots if possible
Our team will investigate and respond promptly.
