How to Access and Use Your cPanel Print

cPanel is your hosting control panel. It gives you full control over your website, emails, databases, files and more, all from a simple dashboard.

HOW TO ACCESS CPANEL:

Method 1 — Via your domain:
https://yourdomain.com/cpanel

Method 2 — Via server address:
https://[server IP address]:2083

Method 3 — Via your client portal:
Log into https://hosting.jfohubs.com/clientarea.php
Click on your hosting service
Click "Login to cPanel"

Your cPanel username and password were sent to you in your welcome email. If you have lost them, open a support ticket and we will reset them for you.

KEY SECTIONS IN CPANEL:

FILES:
- File Manager — upload, edit and manage website files
- Backup — create and download backups of your site
- Disk Usage — see how much storage you are using

DATABASES:
- MySQL Databases — create and manage databases
- phpMyAdmin — manage database content directly

EMAIL:
- Email Accounts — create professional email addresses
- Webmail — access your emails from any browser
- Forwarders — forward emails to another address
- Spam Filters — control unwanted emails

DOMAINS:
- Addon Domains — host additional websites
- Subdomains — create subdomains e.g. shop.yourdomain.com
- Redirects — redirect one URL to another

SOFTWARE:
- Softaculous — install WordPress and other apps
- PHP Selector — change your PHP version

SECURITY:
- SSL/TLS — manage your SSL certificate
- Password Protect Directories — secure specific folders
- Hotlink Protection — prevent bandwidth theft
