With JFOCloud hosting, you can create professional email accounts using your own domain name, for example, info@yourdomain.com or sales@yourdomain.com.
HOW TO CREATE AN EMAIL ACCOUNT:
1. Log into your cPanel
2. Click "Email Accounts" under the Email section
3. Click "Create"
4. Fill in the details:
• Domain: select your domain from the dropdown
• Username: type the part before the @ sign
e.g. "info" for info@yourdomain.com
• Password: set a strong password
• Storage Space: set a limit or choose unlimited
5. Click "Create"
Your email account is now ready.
HOW TO ACCESS YOUR EMAIL:
Method 1 — Webmail (from any browser):
Go to https://yourdomain.com/webmail
Enter your full email address and password
Choose Roundcube or Horde as your mail client
Method 2 — Email App on Phone or Computer:
Use these settings to connect your email to
Gmail, Outlook, Apple Mail or any email app:
INCOMING MAIL (IMAP — Recommended):
- Server: mail.yourdomain.com
- Port: 993
- Encryption: SSL/TLS
- Username: your full email address
- Password: your email password
OUTGOING MAIL (SMTP):
- Server: mail.yourdomain.com
- Port: 465
- Encryption: SSL/TLS
- Username: your full email address
- Password: your email password
